Santa wanted to do something extra special this year! So he learned about Zoom and set out to spread some holiday cheer. We scheduled the big guy for one…not two… but THREE Tuesday evenings this December for Zoom with Santa! He also has his head Sign Language interpreting elf available for kiddos and adults chatting with Santa. Registration forms will be available starting Monday, November 13 at any Champaign Park District Facility or by filling out the form below.

Please PICK ONE DAY that works best for your family and submit the form corresponding with the date you have chosen. 20 registrants will be accepted each date.

CU Days Food Vendor Application

Booth Spaces and Tents

FREE vendor space to sell merchandise, but selling food is NOT allowed. 12’ x 12’ booth spaces are determined by the Champaign Park District staff — limited space is available. Each vendor must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs. No electricity will be provided.

Set Up and Tear Down

11-11:45am on Saturday, June 17. All vehicles used for set up must be removed from loading zone by 11:45am. NO EXCEPTIONS. Vehicles are not permitted to drive in the park. Loading and unloading must be done in designated areas only and must be cleared by the specified time. Failure to remove a vehicle from loading area may result in the vehicle being towed at owner’s expense. Tear down will be from 3-4pm on Saturday, June 17.

The Champaign Park District is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

The undersigned shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Champaign Park District and any of its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability, loss, costs, causes of actions, demands, attorneys fees, expenses, claims, suits and judgments of whatsoever kind and character, including without limitation, all possible costs of responding to demands, in whatever form that may take, with respect to any claim made against the Champaign Park District that arises solely from an act, failure or omission on the part of the undersigned or any of its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives in carrying out of the terms of this Agreement.(Required)

Merchandise & Outreach/Non-Profit Vendor

Join us at Champaign Park District! Once this form is submitted, someone from our Special Events staff will reach out stating if you are accepted. After acceptance, there is a $50 entry fee for Merchandise Vendors and $25 fee for Outreach/Non-Profit Vendors. If you have any questions, please contact merry.mitchell@champaignparks.org or 217-819-3961. NOTE: Electrical is not provided but may be requested and will be based on approval.
