SUMMARY:Juneteenth Celebration
DESCRIPTION:All Ages \n\n\n\nJoin us at Douglass Park for a vibrant celebration of freedom\, culture\, and community! Juneteenth is a historic celebration marking the end of slavery in the United States\, which honors African American resilience\, culture\, and progress. To mark the celebration\, Champaign Public Library and Champaign Park District are joining forces to bring family-friendly activities to the community. Visit with vendors or enjoy activities such as games\, crafts\, and more\, all while learning about the holiday. \n\n\n\nWhether you’re attending to learn\, honor the past\, or just enjoy the festivities\, this Juneteenth celebration promises a day full of joy and unity. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will be running a shuttle from Martens Center to Douglass Park for the Juneteenth Celebration.
