DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Champaign-Urbana Days\, a long-standing cherished tradition that brings our community together to honor shared heritage and culture!  \n\n\n\nThis three-day event features live music\, local cuisine\, and a vibrant marketplace with community outreach vendors\, nonprofit organizations\, and merchandise vendors selling goods.  \n\n\n\nKids can enjoy face painting\, caricatures\, balloon animals\, and a variety of fun activities throughout the event.  \n\n\n\nBasketball fans won’t want to miss the CU All Stars tournament on the court. \n\n\n\nPlease note: no pets allowed\, except for service animals. \n\n\n\n\nFacebook Event Page\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCU Days School Supplies Drive\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are giving away free school supplies at this year’s CU Days! \n\n\n\nIf you would like to contribute\, we are accepting new and gently used school supplies like colored pencils\, kids’ scissors\, notebooks\, folders\, rulers\, glue\, markers and backpacks at the Hays Recreation Center between 9am and 3pm. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSchedule of Events\n\n\n\nFriday\, August 7: Youth Night | 6-8:30pm \n\n\n\n\nSchool supply drive\n\n\n\nGames and activities\n\n\n\nHot dogs\, food trucks\, and more!\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nSaturday\, August 8: Family Day | 11am-6pm \n\n\n\n\nGames and activities\n\n\n\nCommunity and service organizations\n\n\n\nLive entertainment on stage throughout the day\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nSunday\, August 9: Gospel Event | 3-6pm \n\n\n\n\nGospel performances and entertainment\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThank You to Our Sponsors
