A Peek into Preschool
Ages: 2-4
Dates & Times: Wednesdays, Sept 9-Oct 14, 9:30-10:15am
Can Parents Attend? Yes!
This class is all about preschool readiness. We will focus on the following:
- Small and large motor skills
- Socializing
- Sensory experiences
- Numbers and colors
- The alphabet
- Exercise & movement
Kids will have so much fun, they won’t even know they are learning!
Book Cooks
Ages: 3-5
Dates & Times: Tuesdays, Sept 8-Oct 13, 2-2:45pm
Can Parents Attend? Yes! This activity is designed for caregiver involvement.
Introduce your child to the joys of reading! Each week, we will focus on a different children’s story. In addition to reading the book aloud, we will provide your child with some food for thought. Snack each week will be prepared by your youngster and will relate to that week’s tale.
Tiny Chefs
Ages: 3-5
Dates & Times: Sat, Sept 5, & Sat, Oct 3, 10-11am
Can Parents Attend? Yes! This activity is designed for caregiver involvement.
This fun-filled cooking class will help educate and empower your child in the kitchen, setting them on a path to making healthy food choices. Your child will learn the following:
- Measuring
- Counting
- Cause and effect
- Following directions
All delicious creations are peanut-free.
Messy Masterpieces
Ages: 2-4
Dates & Times: Tuesdays, Sept 8-Oct 13, 10-11am
Can Parents Attend? Yes! This activity is designed for caregiver involvement.
Ignite your child’s imagination and foster a love for art while promoting essential developmental skills. Paint at the easel, practice scissor skills, bead a necklace, finger paint, and lots more. Come and enjoy getting messy!
Mini Scientist: Signs of Fall
Ages: 3-5
Date & Time: Sat, Oct 17, 10-11am
Can Parents Attend? Yes! This activity is designed for caregiver involvement.
Participants will explore the signs of fall through hands-on science and themed activities. From changing leaves to bright orange pumpkins, come discover with experiments, hands-on activities, and a take home craft.
