Large Pavilions
Large Pavilions
Centennial, Douglass, and Hessel pavilions are available for private parties or reunions. Reservation requires:
- a reservation in the online store or signed agreement
- rental fee (see below)
View reservation calendars and reserve space for your event, by selecting schedule your pavilion/shelter above.
Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance prior to the date requested for the reservation. Upon reservation, a signed agreement or acknowledgement of terms and conditions online are required. Failure to sign a rental agreement and provide payment at the time of reservation results in cancellation of the rental, and the pavilion reverts to a first come, first serve basis for the time in question. Non-residents may reserve a pavilion at the non-resident fee.

Small Shelters
Small Shelters
There are many smaller shelters throughout the district available for rental which hold 15-20 people. Reservation requires:
- a reservation in the online store or signed agreement
- resident rental fee of $15 per hour – 2-hour rental minimum
- non-resident rental fee of $22.50 per hour – 2-hour rental minimum

Kaufman Lake
Kaufman Lake
Kaufman Lake offers outdoor fun for individuals and families. Picnic tables are located around the lake, and a variety of activities are scheduled throughout the year. For your safety, ice skating, ice fishing, and swimming are prohibited on Kaufman Lake.

Park Use Permits
Park Use Permits
Groups of 25 or more wishing to utilize a park should complete an application for a park use permit. Park use permits require additional fees and insurance coverage may be required for any type of use. Examples include but are not limited to public events, events affecting normal park use, political rallies, walks/runs and weddings.
Pavilions and shelters are not included with a park use permit and can be reserved for an additional fee depending on availability.
Hosting, and/or inviting other to participate in food giveaway(s) and other items constitutes a Park Permit requiring a Health Permit, additional fees, and insurance to the district.
NOTE: Applications must be submitted at least 3 WEEKS PRIOR to the event.
