Large Pavilions
Large Pavilions
Centennial, Bristol, Hessel, and Douglass pavilions are available for private parties or reunions. Reservation requires:
- a signed agreement
- rental fee (see below)
Take a look at our weekly schedule to see which spaces have been reserved. Find the information below to request a space for your own event.
Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance prior to the date requested for the reservation. Upon reservation, a signed agreement and rental fee are required. Failure to sign a rental agreement and rental fee at the time of reservation results in cancellation of the rental, and the pavilion reverts to a first come, first serve basis for the time in question. Non-residents may reserve a pavilion at the non-resident fee. Request rental below.

Small Shelters
Small Shelters
There are many smaller shelters throughout the district available for rental which hold 15-20 people. Reservation requires:
- a signed agreement
- resident rental fee of $14 per hour – 2-hour rental minimum
- non-resident rental fee of $21 per hour – 2-hour rental minimum

Non-residents may reserve a shelter at the non-resident fee.

Kaufman Lake
Kaufman Lake
Kaufman Lake offers outdoor fun for individuals and families. Picnic tables are located around the lake, and a variety of activities are scheduled throughout the year. For your safety, ice skating, ice fishing, and swimming are prohibited on Kaufman Lake.
Kaufman Lake Fire Ring
Reservations must be made a minimum of 10 days in advance prior to the date requested for the reservation. A signed agreement and rental fee are due upon reservation. Reservations are accepted on an eight-month rolling calendar
Park Use Permits
Park Use Permits
Groups of 25 or more wishing to utilize a park should complete an application for a park use permit. Park use permits require additional fees and insurance coverage may be required for any type of use.
Hosting, and/or inviting other to participate in food giveaway(s) and other items constitutes a Park Permit requiring a Health Permit, additional fees, and insurance to the district.
NOTE: Applications must be submitted at least 3 WEEKS PRIOR to the event.
