Beginning Friday, July 30, Champaign Park District will require all people within any park district facility to wear face masks, regardless of vaccination status. This update comes from recent CDC and Illinois Department of Public Health recommendations for areas with substantial and high transmission.
As of 7/29/21, Champaign County’s rate falls in the “substantial” category. Champaign Park District will continue to monitor local transmission rates and recommendations by public health officials and will update the public on any changes to the mask requirements.
All other park district Covid-19 guidance remains unchanged.
