The Champaign Park District offers a full range of ceramics classes for anyone ages 6 and up. Classes are taught by experienced instructors who are gifted at bringing out the artist in you. Their wealth of experience, education, and knowledge will truly make this an enjoyable experience for you and/or your family. We also offer group workshops.

Adult Group Workshops

Gather your friends, family, or colleagues for a fun and memorable clay experience! Our expert instructors will guide you through each step of the creative process. We offer a variety of workshop themes, each offering a unique creative experience. No experience is required, and all skill levels are welcome! Ages 18 and up.

Youth Group Workshops

Kids’ ceramic workshops are a fun and imaginative way to spark their creativity while helping them develop essential motor skills. Led by our skilled art educators, they’ll learn foundational ceramic techniques in a supportive and inspiring environment. We offer a variety of workshop themes, each offering a unique creative experience. Ages 6 and up.

Family Group Workshops

Gather the whole family for a fun-filled clay experience that’s perfect for all ages! Together, we’ll stamp, roll, and press unique textures into clay slabs to craft beautiful trivets, trinkets, and tiles. Open to ages 3 and up!
