Champaign Park District Requests Community Feedback on Garden Hills Park Playground Replacement

Champaign Park District invites community members to attend a public meeting to discuss the replacement of the Garden Hills Park playground. This meeting is to take place on Thursday, March 5, at 6pm, in the Garden Hills Academy (2001 Garden Hills Dr) gymnasium.

Community members will have the opportunity to offer feedback on proposed playground equipment presented by Nutoys Leisure Products. Children are encouraged to attend.

The playground redesign at Garden Hills Park will prioritize updating and modernizing equipment and fixing issues caused by flooding. Construction will take place in summer 2026.
