Champaign Park District has published a survey to solicit community feedback on the District’s main website, champaignparks.org. The survey will be open from Friday, November 6, to Monday, November 30, and asks patrons to consider the website’s ease of use, layout, and accessibility features. Users will also have a chance to share how they use the website to engage with the District and its programs and events.
“Our website is one of the main ways many community members find information about our activities,” said Chelsea Norton, Champaign Park District Director of Marketing & Development. “We want to continuously improve the site to ensure it is serving the community effectively. The survey will help us accomplish this goal.”
Results of the survey will be reviewed by District staff to inform future web design and use decisions.
