Frozen 5K

***EVENT IS CANCELLED***

We have been monitoring the weather closely the last week. Due to safety concerns for volunteers, staff and participants, caused by the weather and current flooding on the trail, this year’s Frozen 5K is cancelled.

Everyone currently registered for the Frozen 5K will have the option to rollover to either this year’s CUSR Cupcake 5K (November 2024) or next year’s Frozen 5K (January 2025). Please let Ryan Hays know which one you would like to rollover to by March 1, 2024.  

Swag pickup will be available at the Dodds Tennis Center starting on Sunday, January 14.

Shake off the winter blues and embrace this winter run! Don’t (snow)flake out your fitness routine, test your endurance in this chip-timed Frozen 5K. The first 250 registrants are guaranteed to receive swag (winter hat & mug)!
 
Register by December 20 to be automatically entered into a giveaway for a 5 punch pass to Sholem Aquatic Center for 2024!

Fee (R/NR): Adult 18+: $30/$45, Youth 17 & Under: $20/$30
Deadline: Friday, January 12 (race swag not promised). On-site registration, 8-8:30a (race swag not promised).
