Older Americans Month: Seated Animal Yoga

Unleash your “wild side”. Enjoy a gentle seated yoga class while interacting with all the baby animals! Allow yourself to relax and giggle as the goats play. We’ll provide all the supplies. Plus: enter to win a Farmer’s Basket provided by our friends at OSF.

Every May, the Administration for Community Living (ACL) leads the nation’s observance of Older Americans Month (OAM), a time to recognize older Americans’ contributions, highlight aging trends, and reaffirm our commitment to serving older adults. This year’s theme is “Flip the Aging Script”!
