The Town and Country Amateur Art Show offers non-professional artists and crafters the opportunity to have their local art work publicly exhibited and professionally judged. The purpose of this exhibit is to encourage amateur artists’ pursuit of artistic pastimes. The exhibit runs daily from April 2 through April 30.
Turn in your entry form by February 24 to enter into the show.
There will be a public critique by the juror on the last day of the show. Everyone is welcome to attend. The juror will discuss the art, point out good technique, and offer helpful suggestions to those artists wishing to refine their talent. Town & Country shows are held throughout the state to encourage quality work by amateur artists. Blue ribbon winners from local shows are eligible to participate in the State Town and Country Art Show in the fall.
