The intervals will vary between body weight/cardio moves and weight training. Mat Pilates helps promote strength, stability, and flexibility and is great for all ages, body types and fitness levels. It focuses on improving posture and balance while targeting the “powerhouse” muscles. These muscles include the glutes, hips, pelvic floor, and lower back. Mat Pilates is a low-impact class that will challenge you in a safe environment while helping you achieve your personal fitness goals! Mats are provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own mat.
