Ho Ho Ho and Happy Holidays to all! In the month of December, the Champaign Park District has many opportunities to meet Santa Claus. Get in the spirit and join us at one or more of our holiday themed events!
ZOOM WITH SANTA
Santa wanted to do something extra special this year! So he learned about Zoom and set out to spread some holiday cheer. We scheduled the big guy for not one…not two…but THREE Tuesday evenings this December for Zoom with Santa! He also has his head Sign Language Interpreting elf available for kiddos and adults video chatting with Santa.

HOLIDAY IN WHOVILLE
All Ages
Join us for a real holiday treat! Watch Dr. Seuss’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas (1966 TV short) with screenings at 1p, 2p, 3p, and 4p. During the event, we will have pictures with Santa and trolley rides through Downtown Champaign.

PIZZA & PAJAMAS WITH SANTA
All Ages
Join us to celebrate the holiday season! Enjoy holiday themed crafts, music and a visit from Santa. Each guest will get to enjoy pizza, cookie, and a drink while hanging out with Santa. Don’t forget to dress in your favorite holiday jammies! Participants must register.

MEET SANTA AT THE VIRGINA THEATRE
All Ages
Santa Claus is coming to town! The Champaign Center Partnership and the Champaign Park District are excited to again welcome jolly old St. Nick to the Virginia Theatre. You and your family will get to visit with Santa in the theatre’s beautifully-decorated Mezzanine Lobby.
Santa will take pictures with each visitor (parents, bring your cameras!) and every child will receive a candy cane. Kids (of all ages) are encouraged to have their holiday wish lists ready to share! This event is FREE to attend and no registration is required.
LEAVE A LETTER FOR SANTA AT WINTER NIGHTS

Enjoy holiday lights every Thursday through Sunday, from 5-9pm starting Friday, November 25 – December 31, 2022 at Prairie Farm. At Winter Nights there is a mailbox sending letters to the North Pole. Bring your letters and drop it off in Santa’s mailbox so he can read your holiday wishes!
