We have the privilege to work with our bi-lingual (Spanish & English) Prenatal Educator & Birth Doula, Datia Rosenberg! But…What is a birth doula? Early last year, we sat down with Datia and she explained how a doula supports a family during pregnancy/delivery and what we’re to expect with the upcoming Preparing For Birth & The Baby Bunch programs!

What's a Birth Doula?
A doula is a person who provides emotional and physical support to you during your pregnancy and childbirth. Doulas are not medical professionals. They don’t deliver babies or provide medical care.
