Free Agent List
Want to play a team sport, but don’t have a team or want to sub on another night? Register for our Free Agent list! No fees due at the time of registration & teams will be made if enough players are interested in the same league night. Free Agent Information is shared with registered captains at the beginning of the season to pull subs on their teams if needed!

A New Way to Play!
Forget the traditional 9-player teams—5x5x5 Co-ed Softball is here to bring a new level of excitement and intensity to your game! This unique format features 3 teams competing at once, with a focus on quick action and more opportunities for every player to get involved. The season includes 8 games, each lasting 5 innings or 45 outs (whichever comes first), with no mercy rule, so every team has a chance to play until the final out.

Places to Play Pick-up Games
The Champaign Park District maintains ballfields in many area parks. Please visit the “ballfields” tag on our interactive park map to find a field near you! Note: the Dodds Softball Complex is open for programming or by reservation only – there are no “open play” times at Dodds.
