Champaign Park District has announced that Springer Cultural Center, located at 301 N Randolph Street, is undergoing exterior maintenance and will be closed August 24-30.
Beginning August 24, the facility will close to the public as new coating is added to the porch area. During the closure, no programming will take place at Springer Cultural Center. This includes visual and performing arts classes as well as the facility’s art exhibition.
In-person registration assistance will also be unavailable at the facility during the closure. Patrons requiring assistance are encouraged to contact the Park District by phone at 217-398-2555 or visit Martens Center (1515 N Market St) or Leonhard Recreation Center (2307 Sangamon Dr).
The facility is set to reopen on August 31.
