Touch-a Truck Application

Join us for Touch-a-Truck 2025! This event will take place on May 14th in Centennial Park from 9 AM-1 PM, with the 9-10 AM hour being a sensory-friendly hour (no horns/sirens). 

Applications are due on April 21st, 2025.

    Once this form is submitted, someone from our Special Events staff will reach out stating if you are accepted. After acceptance, there is a $75 entry fee. If you have any questions, please contact Merry Mitchell at merry.mitchell@champaignparks.org or 217-819-3961. NOTE: Vendors are responsible for their own electricity.  Electricity can be requested and made available on a case-by-case basis.

      Certificate of Insurance: One million dollar certificate of insurance (COI) required for ALL food trucks, listing The Champaign Park District, its commissioners, officers, employees, and volunteers covered as additional insured under the general liability coverage. Insurance should state coverage for each event date or the full calendar year.  Must attach COI to application in the indicated portion above.

          Join us at Champaign Park District! Once this form is submitted, someone from our Special Events staff will reach out stating if you are accepted. After acceptance, there is a $50 entry fee for Merchandise Vendors and $25 fee for Outreach/Non-Profit Vendors. If you have any questions, please contact merry.mitchell@champaignparks.org or 217-819-3961. NOTE: Electrical is not provided but may be requested and will be based on approval.
